As WTI continues to grow rapidly, we would like to extend the opportunity to all of our employees to play an important role in our company's growth and expansion. Our experience shows that new hires who come to our company through employee referrals become excellent assets. Thus, as part of our recruitment and selection process, we have implemented a new Employee Referral Program, which rewards our employees when they refer qualified candidates who get hired and remain employed with us for a minimum of 3 months. Our referral bonus program is structured as follows:
Bonus:
- $500.00 - Non-Managerial Employee
- $1,000.00 - Managerial Employee
IT BUSINESS ANALYST
We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst in the Washington metropolitan area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop parameters for successful IT systems, oversee their operations and provide advice on features or modifications.
Help connect IT staff with company leadership, interpreting the stakeholder’s business goals into specific deliverables, overseeing their technical development.
Analyze the flow of data, create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
Improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis.
Engage with business leaders, stakeholders, and users to understand how to improve productivity.
Document gaps identified for detailed coverage analysis and co-relations across various datasets.
Perform analysis on datasets to determine their quality, coverage, complexity.
Communicate business concepts and expected functional behavior.
Education Requirement:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
